Your privacy

This website lets you browse our menus and find our contact details. It has no customer accounts, no online payments and no advertising trackers, and it uses analytics only if you accept them.

Who we are

The website is operated by Jerusalem Cuisine Ltd. (company no. 514225499), Jerusalem, Israel. You can reach us at bmyers.jc@gmail.com or 02-651 9821.

When you contact us

This website does not ask you for personal information. When you email or call us, we receive the details you choose to give us, such as your name, phone number, email address, delivery address and order.

How we use your information

We use your details only to answer you and to prepare, deliver and invoice your order. You are not required by law to give us any information, but we cannot take or deliver an order without contact and delivery details. We keep the information only as long as we need it for these purposes and for our legal and accounting obligations.

Website analytics

If you accept analytics cookies, Google Analytics collects information about your visit: the pages you view, how you reached the site, your device and browser type, and your approximate location. Google Analytics does not store IP addresses. We look only at totals, to improve the website, and Google signals and advertising features are switched off. The data is kept for up to 14 months and may be processed outside Israel, including in the United States. If you reject, or make no choice, Google Analytics is not loaded. You can change your choice at any time under Cookie settings in the footer. See our cookies page and how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Service providers

Our website hosting and email providers process information on our behalf. Like any website, ours receives technical information such as your IP address and browser type in order to deliver pages and protect the service. We do not use this technical information to identify you. Our providers may process information outside Israel.

Your rights

Under the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 5741–1981, you may ask to see the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct or delete it. Contact us at bmyers.jc@gmail.com or 02-651 9821.
